sweet! I did this at home after I felt better too!
Lasting six minutes is impressive guys and gals. Did anyone feel relaxed at any point during the event? (It’s ok to say “heck no” btw.)
I did, but I was using a lighter kettlebell. I was trying out the sport technique -being sidelined and able to watch and learn for the past few weeks, had it’s advantages.
It’s great to see so much improvement!
that was quite a follow-up to the rope-wave wars – somehow “relaxed” wasn’t the word that came first to mind!
