    For all of you working on your handstands… you are ready for this! A new toy to play with! This was hard, but very fun. A totally different feeling having feet suspended with nothing to press down on or against. There are so many different exercises to try. It took core strength to keep steady. Arms and abs were worked hard in just the few minutes I was up there. Highly recommended!! :)
