    Dude. That’s insane.

And here I am wearing the lightest clothes possible when I try to attempt my elusive first pull-up.

Way to go, Steve! That rocks.

  2. Mani says:

Its always so much fun and fascinating to watch Stevil in action.

  3. Joanna says:

steve, that is s-i-c-k. in an amazing, astounding way.

  4. Shari says:

    Whoa! Totally.f-ing.crazy.

    I love it!

  5. PattyH says:

    Hey Steve,

You’re incredible. How do you come up with this stuff?

Today someone asked me why I work out so much. I realize now that it’s seeing stuff like this that really gets me to keep pushing. Always inspiring.

If you decide to trade in this fitness career, you might consider a gig in the fashion industry. Those KettleBelts make a striking accessory: dress it up, dress it down, wear it around town…it just might be the next big thing in Ice Chamber logo-wear.

and that video is proof, way to go steve!

  7. Renee says:

new t shirt idea…the Ice Chamber, it’s insane! Because Steve-you lay it out everytime. Thanks for sharing your efforts in so many areas!

  8. mmmars says:

    Steve, you are awesome.

  9. paty says:

    Steve-
my arms hurt just watching that! you’re awesome, and I’m surprised baby Mateo wasn’t on you for the ride…weeee!

  10. John says:

OK, so this is unquestionably impressive. I love the pull-up community developing at the end ofthe 9:30 class, but the video raises some questions though…

    1. When do you work out? While you are attending to all of us, how can you selfishly be staying the kind of condition displayed here? Are you not giving us your all?

    2. There is a cajones joke in here that i’m not willing to tell, but …

    3. What weight will that bar hold anyway?

Thanks Steve, for motivating us all to keep working hard!

  11. Baby Ks Momma says:

Should they be called kettleballs from now on?

  12. Jessica DiBiase says:

    Nice Job Steve!!

  13. Shari says:

    Definitely, Maya.

  14. mmmars says:

That is quite a pair you’ve got Steve.

  15. Tracy says:

As utterly impressive as it already is, I know you will have your chin over that bar by the end of the year.

  16. Kerri says:

that is so wrong…here I was watching the video, thinking Steve is so manly and strong and then Maya’s comment!
so funny…I keep thinking Cisco Adler/Perez Hilton for some reason, Maya!

  17. Val says:

Maya, my husband already calls then ‘kettleballs’, but we’re pretty crass at my house! ;)

Steve, wow! That’s absolutely amazing. I feel lame (haha, only a little literally) begrudging the extra weight my foot thinger adds now.

  18. Eva B says:

    holy guacamole!

    1. When do you work out? While you are attending to all of us, how can you selfishly be staying the kind of condition displayed here? Are you not giving us your all?

I sneak in bits and pieces of workouts throughout the day. I stay consistent. I do give you my all, relatively speaking.

    2. There is a cajones joke in here that i’m not willing to tell, but …

I’ve heard them all including cojones del Elefante.

    3. What weight will that bar hold anyway?

The bar was designed and constructed by a crew that worked on the Golden Gate retrofit so I’m sure it’s able to take a very heavy load.

  20. Ndeshi says:

Nice job Steve and I agree with Tracy, he’ll be done with it before the end of the year.

  21. Turbo says:

Maya you said what I was thinking. LOl. Steve you always amaze me.
