Hmmm. wowee guys. I think I missed the jump rope thing growing up and the hopscotch for that matter, both that I awkwardly do at the IC. I need to learn how to jump so mellow and effortlessly alternating feet like everyone else…any tricks?!
After this dumb thing is off my foot I am going to work at jumping. I have been weird about jumping since the first time I broke it, but I think it is more of a fear thing than a physical disability.
Is this a hint for our next challange?

One thing you can do is sync your breathing with the jumping. It’s a rhythmic
process.
