You forgot to add body oil application to that list. Being shiny and slippery (or oddly sparkly) is key to all good 80s workouts!

I remember being in the middle of LA at the time, of all this grease, working in a casting office and on movie sets and then going to work out with some minor actors. No wonder I ran No.Cal to live!!
I must admit, it’s been very difficult to be separated from my book for the last few days… I usually read it before bed each night.
Oh, that brought back some good times. Go to an aerobics class, hit the tanning booth, and then meet up with the gals for a daquiri and some potato skins at TGIF’s.
