No rumps on the stump? Sign blockage $450? No peeing against a tree? Hope you’re able to contest it. If not, you can wave your red t-shirt and hope a nearby buffalo comes to your rescue and makes the officer skedaddle for good.
Good guesses everyone. But, no to you all. After this picture was taken, Jake asked to take one. He is pretty good at taking pictures. He knows how to frame the subject well and gets good shots. Well this time…poor little guy dropped the camera. Now, when it dropped, it dropped right on the power button (yes, a fluke) and the lens came out while it was dropping. It landed right on the lens and broke it. We haven’t even entered Yellowstone yet and our camera is broken. Two minutes into the gates we see a beautiful big horned ram (which we hear are rare to see).
We bought a disposable and got a few shots on it, but mostly just have memories the old fashion way, in our heads. What a beautiful place Yellowstone is. October is a good time to go. The crowds are gone. If anyone is planning a trip, we rented a beautiful house on the Yellowstone river that we can recommend. It was 20 minutes from the park gate.
p.s. I highly recommend buying the warranties at Best Buy. No questions asked and they gave us a new camera on Sunday (the newer and better model). I just said the lens won’t work. I didn’t tell how it got broken. Same thing on a portable DVD player that Jake dropped his milk on.
Lookin’ good Jennifer. Red is your color for sure! Hmmm let me guess, Jake got in trouble with the authorities and you had to bail him out.
Wow! You have to tell me about your trip. I was thinking of going to Yellowstone next year. Did Jake try to pet a wolf?
Trespassing fine?
car got ticketed/towed while picture was being taken?
It’s gotta be a ticket. Damn expensive one though! Very cute picture.
did he pitch a rock at someone’s car window?
great picture…you guys look so happy.
totally hot mama in Red! no parking zone? a beautiful picture for generations no matter the cost!

Looking gorgeous Jennifer!! Did he pick a protected state flower?
I didn’t read the “jake had something to do with it” part until now. Did it involve climbing?
Jennifer, red is your color, Mama. Lookin’ hot!
Did Jake take off, requiring Yellowstone’s rangers to launch an all out search?
wouldn’t sit the pole unless he got a toy?
strike my last. That would be a heck of a toy…hmmm. No sitting zone/

What a story…I second the warranty suggestion! Jennifer, you and Jake look so cute!
