We are hosting the 2012 WKC Fitness Trainer Certification on March 17, 2012.
This crew is huge and wonderful. Considering we don’t always get to use the outside and are laying side by side by side; collectively we all do well, giving each other enough space and support!
I was shocked to see C1 at 9:30am. Even more shocked to see C1 and CXponential in the same room.
Also have to mention that all the ladies were going for pull-ups. Talk about positive mindset. Could it be the C-influence? I counted at least 6 comrades.
This class is full of comrades. C-1 probably melted like butter around them this morning.
What a blast to workout with the 9:30 crew today. They work hard but then they love to hangout afterwards and chat. I think I met some new BFFs. This class definitely made me think about working from home on Fridays.
I told tracy she should have gotten there earlier for the brunch phase before we work out

I never get the brunch invitation!
Kerri also killed me with a comment about how there might be some shrimp cocktail left in the office. Hi-lar-ious.
