sorry, no sympathy here. we all come back from vacation sometime….and after my first workout, back on Wednesday, I was so very close to using the blue bucket! we will say hi, glad to have you back and have all our 9:30 am encouragement!
Since when is posing in front of a rock in “active wear” prrof of activity? Looks more like milling to me…
How do we know he wasn’t standing in front of a blue screen and that rock wasn’t added in later?
That’s what makes the IC so great. All of the exercises help improve our functional capabilities, including milling, apparently.
He’s still MIA this week. Time for intervention.
Beat 7 1/2 hours back and forth to Half-Dome, you Dimwits! I bet you wouldn’t even dare to climb up the last bit. It’s too manly for you….Steven. But hey! Why don’t we do this walk up mount Tam that we have been talking about? Anybody game?
