At the moment the treadmill is my best friend.
as bad as i felt for the 20 seconds of work i actually felt worse during the 10 seconds of rest
I was honored to be present during that moment. Classic Alan!
Me too…didn’t realize how deadly the old treadmill can be. I’m always watching Alan out of the corner of my eye…I want to grow up just to be like you Alan (female version of course;).
thankfully steve was there to help down off when it was done, i would hate it if i fell in front of you guys
ps is that like a haiku: “when you take the red pill beware the treadmill”
