Rune does sprint in the sand and jog in that knee deep water with Neo. I jog in the soft sand with Neo! So we’re trying to incorporate workouts wherever we can. It’s been hot and humid-so we are in the water alot! I towed 2 kids ( a 60 & 80 pounder) in the bay today on the long board. That was a tough upper body workout! And like father like son, Rune sailed our kayak towing Haakon on a surfboard behind him. Annakari is loving the ocean this year and her godfather who lives down here got here a BRIGHT pink surfboard that she loves to ride on!
Rune, when are you and Steve and Maya going to hold a beachside surfing and conditioning clinic?
