Wipers from the Floor

Floor Wipers

From the supine position, hold bar with arms locked directly over your chest. Swing straight legs from side to side. You also have the option to pause in the middle for a straight leg raise. It’s a good idea to have a partner help you get into starting position and supervise the movement.  A fun and devastating way to work the lower abs and hip flexors.

    These wipes look awefully deliciozo. Whoever came up with this idea was a genius. I should try them here if I don’t pass out at 98F. Our guest room floor where we usually excersize is soaked with perspiration. I think, it would be legitimate to name this room Ice Chamber-II (sarcastically, of course).
