Hard Core

Many people have asked us about the differences between Core and Bootcamp. Here is one difference. The longer class time allows us to incorporate some different toys into the training.

Core Team Pull

The Thursday night team is pictured here pulling 200+ lbs. across the concrete runway with 100 ft. of fire hose.

In general, if you can run and jump with confidence, you are probably capable of doing the Core workouts. Please feel free to contact us (info@icechamber.com) if you are interested in learning more.

I have the hose burns on my right arm to prove I was there but, where am I?!

  2. Steven says:

The strangest. Where are you in the picture? Weren’t you there? I remember you complaining about the rower all night- and we weren’t even rowing.

  3. Shari says:

I wasn’t complaining about the rower- I was unloading my rower-angst.

I see a sliver of red shirt under Surya’s arm. I must have been staggered and just behind Heidi.

  4. Steven says:

Shari – you’ve managed to make yourself disappear. That’s like walking on water.

  5. Shari says:

You should see me feed the masses with 2 fish and 5 loaves of bread.
