Peter and Lan-ling Fredell have been training diligently at the Ice Chamber for nearly two years. Rarely missing a session, this infamous couple is best known for their loud moans and their inability to train “lite.” Here is what they often look like after a workout.
Peter proclaims, “The only way to leave the Chamber is in a stretcher!” We say, “No comment.” Nevertheless, we salute the Fredells for taking intensity to the next level! 
Get ready for another one of those inspiring IC transformations! Kerri Langbehn a.k.a. Ms. Kerri-o-ke (pictured left) joined us in March 2006. She started with personal training, but quickly transitioned into our morning bootcamp program once we kept playing her favorite song. Kerri has since become one of our most dedicated bootcampers and the results she achieved are phenomenal. In addition to losing nearly 20lbs., she dropped 7 percentage points of body fat! Kerri looks and feels like a new woman, and has no problem keeping up with her two active daughters who run track and play soccer. Her commitment has really paid off!
Married with twins, Ben King, MD (Berkeley Pediatrics) and Kim Casey, DVM (Medera Pet Hospital) split their workouts between 6 and 7 a.m. in order to watch their children. Rarely missing a session, Kim runs home at 6:45 a.m. to relieve Ben from his childcare duties so that he can make it to the 7 a.m. class on time. In addition to being wonderful doctors to countless children and animals, they are powerful athletes and great people to train alongside. Their dedication for the past 9 months is inspiring to say the least!
Our 6am members are masters of self transformation.
Every morning our crew grows from zombie to living state in less than one hour of an evil workout.

Although we noticed her highly coordinated jump rope skills in the past, our lovely Barbara Roesner shocked the crowd by performing 7 beautiful consecutive double-unders during 6am Bootcamp this morning.
