You folks were a bunch of fun this morning. Can’t wait to do it again! What’s the next holiday? Isn’t Father’s Day coming up?
holy moley…look at all those people! That’s a full house!
Oi, this morning was hard! The best part of it was being done… But now I feel like I really earned the BBQ that is about to commence!
110 squats, 110 push ups, 110 choppers, 110 ring hops, 74 Burpees and 10 half laps. You’re supposed to honor the fallen on Memorial Day, not create more!
Father’s Day is a Sunday. How about Flag Day?
here i am, looking extremely manly again!
Wow. That looks painful. What a bummer that I had to stay home and watch the kids…I had a really nice relaxing 8 mile run instead. Do you see what is wrong here, people? Look at the words: I had a nice relaxing EIGHT mile run….that is what the Icechamber is doing to us……Ha ha ha….hysterical evil laughter in the background…
maybe even mysterious…..
Peter,
Once again, you qualify for the International Man of Mystery Award.
How can you put relaxing and eight mile in the same sentence?

It’s about honoring sacrifice. What do you suppose we do on Flag Day?
I’m sorry the kids didn’t wake up in time to come-nice even nubmers! Flag day, how about push presses at least (to raise the flag)
That’s my point, Steve. Relaxing and eight mile should not be in the same sentence, but compared to one of your workouts, well, running IS relaxing!
Let’s not forget the 50 situps we did too!
Picture this: Every 45 pound bar adorned with an American Flag. Then, in honor of the adoption of our current flag as the official US flag, we could:
clean the flag
jerk the flag
snatch the flag
twist the flag (although we’d have to call it the American twist)
squat (front, back and overhead) with the flag
deadlift the flag
jump and shrug the flag
and row with the flag
I’m feeling patriotic already!
flag day is ivy’s birthday…maybe she will come up with some special programing.
not Ivy, please not Ivy…
