    I fear the 1000 meter row. I get all dry mouth just thinking about it.

    And lately, there isn’t a distance I favor.

    I love the Concept 2, but my favorite is the 500. I’m with Shari, the 1000 is the hardest, but it’s nice to get to 800 and know that you still have something left in the tank for the home stretch. High corrolation between those that like the rowing machine and the go-bots.

    My favorite is the 5000. I hate the 500.

    The 1500 row. I always look at Steve and Juliet like they are out of their mind when they made me row 1500 meters, but now I miss it…go figure.

    I’m getting on vacation mode way too early as those number over 500 sound, just plain long this morning!

    good news this morning, kids are sleeping, bad news, kids are sleeping and I missed the 7am class this Memorial Day!

    My favorite is a 4000 meter pyramid. 250, 500, 750, 1000, 750, 500, 250. Nothing harder than a 1000 meter stretch and that last 250 feels like a walk in the park. Anything more than 1000 makes me want to cry.

    I feared the 1000 meter row for the longest time…but ever since my options for cardio came down to walking on the treadmill or rowing, I picked the rower. My max now is 5000 meters…thanks to my wonderful iPod, I just zone out to my music and keep on rowing!!

    as i tell all my clients, the erg is an evil soul-sucking time reversal machine. but being super fast twitch, 200 is my favorite, if you can call it that…

    I like 200. It is very very painful, but short and sweet. The 1000 is just agony for a really looooong time.
