A positive mental attitude can make you accomplish anything! It definately keeps me going through some of those tough sets of reps! A positive attitude gets me into the greater things of life and a great attitude makes me *think* I can sing my heart out at karoake bars around the east bay (fyi-I am the worst singer, I just "sell" it). Keep that music going (currently digging the old school Dee-Lite song, Steve-"Groove is in the Heart"). If I am going to party like a rock star, I better do my damn best to look like one too! Maya, I still get out of breath, but usually it's at the end of the circuits, not the first 3 minutes. Oh, and the extra few hours of sleep help, too. Thanks for having a 9:30 bootcamp.
