Get ready for another one of those inspiring IC transformations! Kerri Langbehn a.k.a. Ms. Kerri-o-ke (pictured left) joined us in March 2006. She started with personal training, but quickly transitioned into our morning bootcamp program once we kept playing her favorite song. Kerri has since become one of our most dedicated bootcampers and the results she achieved are phenomenal. In addition to losing nearly 20lbs., she dropped 7 percentage points of body fat! Kerri looks and feels like a new woman, and has no problem keeping up with her two active daughters who run track and play soccer. Her commitment has really paid off!

As Crush said to Squirt: YOU SO TOTALLY ROCK, Kerry. Man, you look awesome.

  2. Mani says:

Kerri, you’ve earned it!! Congratulations…now don’t be afraid to show off your fabulous new body in front of a crowd…rocking and belting out your favorite song:)

I still remember when you couldn’t finish a workout without stopping to catch your breath. Those days are over hot mama!

  4. Renee says:

and you always have a great smile! Thanks for the inspiration!

  5. Kerri says:

Thanks Guys….I owe it all to the DJ’s/trainers in the house!!! Keep that music going (currently digging the old school Dee-Lite song, Steve-”Groove is in the Heart”).
If I am going to party like a rock star, I better do my damn best to look like one too!
Maya, I still get out of breath, but usually it’s at the end of the circuits, not the first 3 minutes. Oh, and the extra few hours of sleep help, too. Thanks for having a 9:30 bootcamp. I am lovin’ that class full of awesome folks all striving to finish our sets before that damn timer goes off. You guys are fabulous!

  6. Steven says:

Kerri has the most amazing attitude. The results reflect that. Groove is in the Heart is on official rotation.

  7. Shari says:

Kerri is always so positive and no matter how difficult the circuit, is always smiling! How does she do that?!

    Kerri, you rock!

  8. Kerri says:

    Shari,
I was a door to door salesman for 5 years (seriously!)….keeping a great attitude and a smile was instilled into me back then at the ripe ol’ age of 19. A positive mental attitude can make you accomplish anything! It definately keeps me going through some of those tough sets of reps! A positive attitude gets me into the greater things of life and a great attitude makes me *think* I can sing my heart out at karoake bars around the east bay (fyi-I am the worst singer, I just “sell” it).

  9. Shari says:

Kerri, I’d buy whatever you were selling, especially if you sang to me. I’ll keep you positive attitude in mind the next time I am on the verge of a meltdown (like yesterday). And let me know the next time you are appearing on stage.

  10. Steven says:

    Hmmm… let’s test Kerri’s positivity during Friday’s workout, shall we? ;-)

  11. Maina says:

    Kerri:
As my daughter Sloan would say, “You just go on girl, with your baaaaad self!”
    We miss you at 6am!

  12. Kerri says:

aw, Maina and Tsan…I miss those cold dark mornings, too (not!), but I do miss you guys. Thanks for the kudos.

  13. Lan-Ling says:

    You look great Kerri!
