I also just signed up for a CSA (Full Belly Farm) and will start this Friday! As far as local, sustainable cake... easier to make yourself than buy. There is almost no locally milled flour, so that makes it hard (I think either Eatwell Farms or Full Belly Farms may have some). But there are some good local vegan stuffs, like the chocolate cake from Vital Vittles (at their store on S.Pablo only, I think). I might be up for the locavores challenge.
