Flex Your Strength
The dynamic and talented Jessica Dibiase demonstrates the sequence of the Dive Bomber. In addition to pissing off some yogis who want their way or the highway, this exercise is excellent for building upper body strength and improving hamstring & core flexibility.




Oh, come on now. True yogis know there are multiple ways. Anything else is just er, posing, or, um, posturing.

I’ve always told Jess to go into fitness modeling, but she just laughs it off whenever I bring it up.

Funny, I always kind of presumed she was a fitness model – esp. with that cute reddish orange two piece thing she wore a couple weeks back. And an amazing trainer to boot.
