Friday’s Soul Train Line
Don Cornelius would’ve been proud. Funky, spunky, but never junky, this crew has more life than the Energizer Bunny.
(Yes, I know… hey, at least my MC/DJ skills are still intact. Why do you think the turntables are still in the office?)

0930 Bootcamp kicks major glutei maximi!

being a regular rover at all of the classes, I can tell you they all have a different personality. While the evening class meets after class at fun watering hole for more competition, the 9:30 class is all about the love, tots and babes. It is fun to see the exersaucer with a baby in it-all smiles at mom and dad and boppin to the music! That’s a full service facility! Thanks Steve, Maya and fab trainers who make this place one of a kind!
I love this crew. Can’t wait to join them very soon!
as long as you don’t do funky elmo, I’m OK-that was on way too much when Annakari was a toddler!
Maybe Renee can show is funky elmo?
Even better, once baby k is here, I can pass that on to you! You’ll have that tune in your head for years! Beware, be afraid, of any toy (educational of not) that is in the shape of Elmo and has noise or from Vtech! Very loud and you’ll step on it, move it etc. when the baby is sleeping and then the cycle will start again!
Why is that man in the red shirt standing around when everyone around him is working so hard??
When I saw the woman next to me trying to kick the people bear-walking past her, I had to stop and put my hands on my hips to show my surprise.
Everyone else seems to be following instructions nicely!
we love soultrain, maybe next time there will be mood lighting.
Hey, the guy in the red shirt sure is buff for standing around all the time.
The guy in the red shirt is working on his isometric mill around. Notice the defined calf muscles. It’s not easy doing the standing mill.
I’m even better at the recline mill.
John,
Please send us instructions.
