Healthy Competition
Tsan and Daniel Abrahamson (and little Mo-Mo) are avid Telemark skiers. With the help of the Ice Chamber, Tsan and Dan both qualified for the NASTAR National Race finals this year which will be held at the end of March in Steamboat Springs. While skiing in Breckenridge, Tsan and Dan both raced the course on their Telemark skis as a lark. Dan earned a platinum in the local, finishing a full two seconds before the next fastest finisher (not only beating the Telemarkers, but all ALPINE skiers, too), and Tsan earned a gold medal! Last week, they were informed that their times placed them among the top three finishers nationally, which qualified them for the finals. Last year at this time (pre-IC), they both would have had to rest halfway down.
Congratulations to both of you!! You guys rock!! And Tsan…keep on saying, ‘Is that all you’ve got Steve?”
How awesome is that??? Way to go Tsan and Dan…you guys are amazing! Tsan you will have to wear that pink tank soon!
Didn’t Little Mo compete too Tsan? …you guys are a family of powerhouse legs! I wonder if Mo likes lunges as much as you guys do. Dan, I told you a deep squat would take you places!
