Josh Bench Press

When executing the bench press make sure your lumbar spine is arched, heels glued to the floor, shoulders retracted, and head firm on the bench. Most importantly, be certain that your entire body is tense so that your muscles can provide the adequate support for your skeletal structure during heavy loading. These little gems go a long way.

I think you should give that guy more weight the next time.

  2. Shari says:

Yeah, why are you taking it so easy on him?

  3. Turbo says:

If you can tap your right foot while you are bench pressing then you need more weight, so kick it up a notch.

  4. Mani says:

Yeah, he definetly needs more weight…he doesn’t get that look of devestation Steve is known to dole out to his guys…or he hides it pretty well.

  5. Baby Ks Momma says:

Hey, that does look like the VIP Scratch Scalp treatment we usually reserve for the high rollers. Kelley H. we may have to charge Josh extra next month for the luxurious benefits he’s apparently been receiving recently.

  6. Kelley H. says:

I train with Steven and he’s never given me a scalp massage!

  7. Steven says:

The scalp treatment is the next reward, after the T-Shirt.

  8. Dougie-Doug says:

If the free T-shirt is for puking…then what do we have to do for a scalp massage?

  9. Turbo says:

Is hitting you on the back considered a massage and throwing a medicine ball at your face a facial? Because if it is let me tell you I have had the VIP service.

  10. Steven says:

There are many ways to earn the VIP special. It all depends on your strengths and weaknesses.
