Climbing Miles
The Martinez family recently celebrated their one year anniversary at the Ice Chamber. (Congrats guys!) They’ve logged more mileage on our Stairmasters than most. Could this be due to the fact that young Miles is a stair-climbing fanatic (hmm…)? Of all the toys at the IC, Miles prefers the Stairmaster. He just loves it and is destined to turn it into a sport.

Miles can row too you know. And swim, and run, and ski, and swing like a primate… You should see him fly on the rope ladder….Hmm… What can’t he do?
John and Kim, thanks for being such fun and positive members of the IC team! It has been great to witness your progress over the past year. Take care of that ankle John!

Little did you guys know that this post was a test. Based on the love that only Miles gives to this machine, we’re planning to add stairmaster drills to all circuits from now on!

Hey! It’s Miles! As you said Steven, he is not only a Stairmaster master, but today we did 5 miles of cross country skiing together (the ankle is now elevated). We’re missing the workouts…see you next week!
