Crowded House
A typical evening Core class is often crowded, but full of energy, intensity, and WONDERFUL PEOPLE. Ruth (in yellow) is the epitome of what our community represents. A student and softball player at Berkeley High, she’s always positive, hard-working, and fun at heart!
It’s always a treat to have Ice Chamber classics in the house too. Heidy Casanola (in green) has been representing the IC for over 2 years! In addition to her athletic attributes, she is also well known for her humble and sweet nature, salsa and merengue moves, and her unwavering devotion to her family.
Good luck this season Ruth! We’ll miss you!

Ruth started softball season this week. But, she’ll do some drop-ins this week. We’ll miss her dearly.

Thanks everybody! I have really loved coming to the evening class. Today at practice everyone was huffing and puffing and I was just getting started. But more then being in better shape for the season I really feel that I can do anything because IC gave me such a positive attitude. I’m really going to miss it. I plan to drop in Thursday for my last day (: ( ) Thanks for making such a positive, welcoming environment!
