Not Your Typical Thursday

El Cerrito’s favorite Fire Captain, Rune Hoyer-Nielsen was in the house.

The over-under medicine ball drill sure was a crowd pleaser, despite the “hey, that’s not the ball!” feedback from some members.

…and we welcomed four new members to the Ice Chamber family.

How exciting new rowers…yipee!
Have a little sensitivity here. Viewing photos of the rowers are not exactly how I want to start my day.
but they are smooooth riding! try tabatas on those suckers!
Hey, stop that! Are you trying to invoke some daytime nightmares?!
oh yay…no more crowding around the rowers waiting for a turn (ya right!).
Kerri,
LOL!
Sherri,
Nightmares can turn into sweet dreams, if you want them to.
Steve,
I think you are the only one that has sweet dreams of rowers. Instead of counting sheep you probably got kettle bells or medicine balls.
ha ha! i hope i never have to dream of rowers.
but i can see steve counting kettlebells: “one pood, one and a half pood, two pood…”
Great! Now I have an image in my head of Steve as “The Count” from Sesame Street. After the blog on pull ups, I think I’ve had a latent image of Steve in a cape stuck in my mind.
Am I the only who takes the picture of the rowers as a warning of what’s in store for Saturday’s class?
Shhhhh!!!! ix-nay on the owers-ray for Saturday.
Turbo,
When my mom saw the picture of the over-under drill, she thought you were giving the camera the finger.
I wanna row until I earn a T-shirt! I’ll make sure to bring my own bucket.
Now would sweet little me ever do that….come on I am the nicest person on this earth. Lol…Oh wait I forgot I am a black hole, so yeah it is possible.
