…are my shoulders so sore?
It’s possible my bell wasn’t heavy enough, but my shoulders were just fine after. It was my hamstrings that took a week to recover from this one!

Steve, Etta kept saying, “Mommy, tell Steve to stop making your shoulders hurt!”
We’ll focus on the legs next week. Anything for Etta.
