Rise Up!

Our Bootcamp Crew continues to kick butt every morning! Most members are parents that rush to get here by 6am or 7am and rush to get home by 8am to take their children to school. This picture shows them 5 minutes into one giant set of full sit-ups.

One of my favorite parts of the Ice Chamber workouts are the abs exercises. These are muscles that are easy to neglect, so it is great that they are so consistently incorporated in the routine (and in such a fun way as well!). After three months of Ice Chamber workouts my abdominal muscles don’t get sore anymore, except for this one day… Eight minutes straight of full sit-ups will do it!
