1.  I am not an athlete or in good shape.  Is Morning Bootcamp suitable for me?  

Yes.  As long as you have full range of motion in all joints and can withstand high impact exercise, Morning Bootcamp is a great program to
enhance your physcial condition.
2.  I can not squat due to knee surgery years ago.  Can I still participate in Morning Bootcamp?

Because Morning Bootcamp is a high impact program, we can only accept individuals that are free from injury and can withstand impact
and resistance on their knees.  We suggest you try our
ReBoot program or Personal Training instead.
3.  Can I come to train at any time I want?

Due to the large sizes of our classes, participants must commit to the same training time.  You can however, pick any day of the week to
train M-F (assuming you train less than 5x per week).
4.  I still can't tell if Morning Bootcamp is right for me.  Where should I start?

Starter Pack program.
